Threads Through Time is a self-guided walking history trail through Grayson, Kentucky. Created as part of the America 250 celebration, the trail connects residents and visitors to the city’s historical, cultural, commercial, and civic landmarks.

The project uses interpretive signs, QR-linked stories, historic photographs, geocaching elements, and a printed or digital passport to create an interactive experience for families, students, history tourists, and lifelong residents.

The trail highlights Grayson’s role in Kentucky’s larger story — from frontier settlement and county government to education, industry, downtown commerce, civic life, and 20th-century resilience.
